The thematic network ‘Work-based Learning and Apprenticeships’ (NetWBL) focuses on the identification and promotion of good or interesting practices and products relevant to the development and delivery of work-based learning.

The purpose of this research project was to study VET governance structures and financing arrangements in five selected countries - Italy, Spain, Sweden, Latvia and Portugal - in the view of establishing or expanding apprenticeship.

The ultimate goal of this study was to collect new insights on skill mismatch that can be brought to the attention of policy makers and decision makers.

With the B&A Monitoring (an integrated quality assurance system of requirements and acceptance of study programs at universities of applied sciences) 3s offers an instrument that allows universities of applied sciences to advance the quality assurance of their study programs and to establish measures of quality assurance for the universities of applied sciences sector in Austria.
