The AMS commissioned the transcoding of the new German occupational classification to its occupational system (AMS-Sechssteller, which are subordinated to the AMS-BIS occupations) to enhance the regional mobility of job seekers between Germany and Austria.

The AMS (Austrian PES) commissioned a study on the usage of taxonomies of occupations and of skills and competences in 5 PES (Australia, Belgium, France, Germany, Sweden) to compare their approaches with the Austrian classifications on occupations as well as on skills and competences.
The use of skills and competences in the online and matching systems of European Public Employment Services

During the project online research, telephone interviews, analyses and comparison of the online matching services of European PES was conducted, with special focus on the occupational and skills thesauri in use. 
DISCO integrated into the Hungarian Europass CV wizzard

The DISCO thesaurus was implemented in four languages (HU, GE, EN, FR) into the Europass wizzard to support the online filling of the Europass form by offering for each relevant Europass headline a set of skills and competences.
