Karin Luomi-Messerer

Karin Luomi-Messerer is a graduated social worker and edu­ca­tio­nal scientist (diploma course at the University of Vienna). She has been working in research since 1994, at 3s since 2001, and has more than 20 years of expe­ri­ence in national and inter­na­tio­nal research and con­sul­ting projects on various topics of European edu­ca­tio­nal policy (e.g. learning outcome ori­en­ta­ti­on, trans­pa­ren­cy instru­ments, lifelong learning).
