Günter Hefler

Günter Hefler holds a master’s degree in phi­lo­so­phy & social sciences (University of Vienna) and a PHD in Lifelong Learning (University of Klagenfurt). Since 2003, he has worked for 3s and has led national and inter­na­tio­nal research projects on lifelong learning policies, employer-provided CVET and workplace learning.
