Green skills and future skills in online job advertisement

The Bertelsmann Foundation and the Federal Institute for Vocational Education and Training organised the OJA Forum in Berlin at the beginning of December. Stefan Humpl took part with a presentation.

Stefan Humpl beim VortragThe OJA Forum (Online Job Advertisement Forum) for analysing online job advertisements took place for the sixth time this year. The focus was on identifying and extracting green skills and future skills, analysing ontologies and taxonomies and discussing current research findings and methodological challenges.

Stefan Humpl presented the results of a current 3s study on the topic of labour market changes due to the twin transition. A new methodology for estimating the changes and the relevant employment and qualification requirements on the labour market was developed using the example of technical facility management based on the analysis of job advertisements in Jobfeed.
