VET5.0 — Vocational Education for Industry 5.0
VET5.0 — Transforming Vocational Education Through Advancing Learner-Centricity, Education 5.0, and Lifelong Learning for Industry 4.0/5.0 in Rural Regions aims to make vocational education and training more learner-centred, flexible and responsive to the needs of Industry 4.0 and Industry 5.0. VET5.0 develops innovative learning approaches using adaptive learning, micro-credentials and technologies such as artificial intelligence, immersive learning and gamification. It also supports educators in applying Education 5.0 methods and strengthens cooperation between VET providers, industry, SMEs, public authorities and policymakers.
VET5.0 will establish an Excellence Academy connecting six regional Centres of Vocational Excellence in Austria, Croatia, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia and Slovenia, supporting digital and green manufacturing skills and lifelong learning.
3s is the core partner in charge of coordinating quality management processes within the project. This includes the implementation of EQAVET-based peer reviews and self-assessment processes using the European Training Foundation’s ISATCOVE self-assessment tool for centres of vocational excellence. Furthermore, 3s leads the task of designing a model for the development and implementation of micro-credentials.
