ENE webinar: From Graz to the World: Inspiring the Future of Vocational Excellence

Organiser: ETF Network for Excellence (ENE)

Following last year’s Forum on Vocational Excellence in Graz “Dual Education and Training for Competitive Regions”, the 2027 webinar will focus on key messages from Graz Forum on the role of dual education and training, how cooperation beetween VET providers and regional stakeholders can aid in driving vocational excellence as well as perspectives on developing dual education and training approaches to especially respond to regional skills needs, skills development and competitiveness.

The webinar will provide an opportunity to discuss emerging trends, share lessons learned and identify ideas that can inspire and strengthen Centres of Vocational Excellence across ETF partner countries.

The ETF Network for Excellence (ENE) promotes peer learning and knowledge exchange among Centres of Vocational Excellence (CoVEs), helping members learn from each other’s experiences and translate innovative practices into action.

The future of VET

Cornerstone for competitiveness and inclusive growth

Cedefop

The virtual conference will provide an opportunity for policy-makers, stakeholders, experts and researchers to discuss the findings of the research project on VET excellence and inclusion.
Its aim will be to deepen Cedefop’s understanding of the challenges facing European vocational education and training (VET) in the coming decades. Discussions will focus on how the concepts of excellence and inclusion are understood, addressed and operationalised at a national level. The conference will examine the characteristics of VET at higher levels and how (as well as whether and in which form) they underpin excellence but also how they deal with inclusion. It further complements the ongoing political discussion on the future of European VET.

Erwachsenenbildung braucht Demokratie, Demokratie braucht Erwachsenenbildung

Ö-Cert-Enquete 2026
