Purpose and description of the data processing
This survey has been undertaken by 3s Unternehmensberatung GmbH, as part of a research assignment to explore the needs of beneficiaries on the topic of inclusion and diversity in the Erasmus+ Programme. The survey addresses beneficiaries of programmes within Key Action (KA) 1 of the Erasmus+ Programme. The survey results will be shared with the Agency for Mobility and EU Programmes (Croatia), which has been appointed as SALTO Resource Centre for Inclusion and Diversity (Education and Training).
The survey asks for names and contact information (e‑mail address) of representatives of beneficiary organisations. The provision of this information is optional within the questionnaire.
The contact data will be used for the purpose of developing the services of the SALTO Inclusion and Diversity Resource Centre.
Recipients of the personal data
For the purpose detailed above, access to personal data is provided to the following processing entities: 3s Unternehmensberatung GmbH and the Agency for Mobility and EU Programmes (Croatia).
The personal data (where provided) is only available to the members of the research team. Any outputs presenting the survey results will not contain any reference to the responding persons and organisations.
Data retention
The survey responses will be kept for the time necessary to fulfil the purpose of the research assignment. The raw data of the survey will be stored on 3s systems for a maximum duration of 3 years and are only accessible to the team of 3s Unternehmensberatung GmbH.
3s will keep report(s) with aggregated and anonymous data for an unlimited period for research purposes.
Rights of the data subject
You have the right to withdraw, at any time, your consent to your personal data being processed as per Art. 7 of Regulation (EU) 2018/1725. You also have the right to access and rectify (under specific circumstances) your information or request their erasure.
