Inclusion and Diversity in Erasmus+ practice

The aim of SALTO Resource Centres (Support and Advanced Learning and Training Opportunities) is to improve the quality and impact of the Erasmus+ Programme at a systemic level through providing expertise, resources, infor­ma­ti­on and training acti­vi­ties in specific areas for Erasmus+ National Agencies and other actors involved in education, training and youth work. In 2022, a new SALTO Resource Centre for promoting inclusion and diversity in Erasmus+ was established.

The main task in the first research assign­ment (2022/23) is to shed light on National Agencies’ practices in dealing with inclusion and diversity in imple­men­ting the Erasmus+ programme and on the chal­lenges they face. The study thus provides important insights on National Agencies’ needs and interest in coope­ra­ti­on on the topic, as well as their expec­ta­ti­ons for possible future support services by the SALTO Resource Centre for inclusion and diversity.

Data is collected through an online survey among Erasmus+ National Agencies, com­ple­men­ted by online focus groups and qua­li­ta­ti­ve inter­views. 3s is com­mis­sio­ned to carry out this research by the Agency for Mobility and EU Programmes (AMEUP), which has been appointed as SALTO Resource Centre for Inclusion and Diversity (Education and Training).
