10 lines of action form the strategy that covers every phase of life – from early childhood education to learning after retirement – in every area of life. The progress in the implementation of the Strategy is revealed by monitoring on a yearly basis.

3s conducts this monitoring for the years 2016 and 2017 and also prepares an overview of the progress of LLL:2020 achieved by the end of 2018. For the remaining programme period, recommendations are also developed regarding which implementation projects need to be given special priority. Furthermore, important conclusions are presented for a potential successor strategy and discussed with the inter-ministerial Task Force LLL:2020.
