Join us for the Skills2Capabilities final conference

From 13-14 November, we will meet a at the Bonnefanten Museum in Maastricht (NL) to discuss insights from our project and input from the research community with policy-makers and practitioners.

Over the past three years, the Skillls2Capabilities project (S2C) — funded by the European Union’s Horizon Europe programme — has investigated how individuals’ skills and capabilities can be developed and sustained throughout working life. Drawing on interdisciplinary research from nine partner organisations across Europe and beyond, we explored the changing nature of work, transitions across the life course, and the role of education and skills policy in shaping capabilities for the future.

This two-day conference will bring together researchers, policy-makers and practitioners to share results, reflect on implications, and explore connections with related initiatives. We hope the event will provide space for mutual exchange and future collaboration.
