Coaching Schools To Face Change Ahead

The project aimed at designing and con­duc­ting a blended Continuing Professional Development Programme in 10 modules to introduce a new role in education: the ‘school coach’.

The main objective wasto support teachers in their pro­fes­sio­nal deve­lo­p­ment and, throug­hout the programme, to gain fresh per­spec­ti­ves on personal chal­lenges, enhancing decision-making skills, greater inter­per­so­nal effec­ti­ve­ness, and increased confidence.

The project was coor­di­na­ted by Liceo Scientifico Statale Augusto Righi (Italy), core partners were: Universo CLIL (Italy), Charlottenlund Upper Secondary School (Norway), Kauno Kolegija (Lithuania), Ozel Buyuk Koley Secondary School (Turkey), Liceu Tehnologic de Industrie Alimentara (Romania), The Performance Solution (UK), Northumbria University (UK), and 3s (Austria). 3s was research partner and respon­si­ble for quality assurance and eva­lua­ti­on of the project.
