Mapping of initial VET qualifications

The key objective of this study was to contribute to better understanding of the comparability of qualifications from initial vocational education and training (IVET).

It mapped the qua­li­fi­ca­ti­ons linked to the EQF levels 3 and 4, collected and analysed evidence on how learning outcomes approa­ches have been used for assigning initial voca­tio­nal qua­li­fi­ca­ti­ons to NQF/EQF levels. The analysis not only focused on technical evidence, but also took into account broader social and economic contexts in which qua­li­fi­ca­ti­ons are embedded.

The project was coor­di­na­ted by 3s and carried out in coope­ra­ti­on with Ockham IPS (NL) and IBE (PL) as well as national experts from various countries.
