Skills audits across EU member states
Through this study, the Commission aimed to create a better knowledge base about the availability of skills audits to target groups, the variations in how skills audits are carried out, what they entail, who is involved and which assessment and identification methods are being used.
It also collected evidence on the demand and supply of skills audits across the EU and the effectiveness of different types of practices. More specifically the study gives an over-view (mapping) of skills audits in 16 EU Member States: Austria, Belgium (BE-fr and BE-nl), Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Sweden, and the UK (England/Scotland).
The results of the study will be used to further develop guidelines on how to design and im-plement skills audits.
The study was coordinated by ICF (BE) with 3s team members as country experts for Austria (Karin Luomi-Messerer) and the Czech Republic (Lubomir Valenta).
