From words to practice in the use of learning outcomes

Bulgarian stakeholders discuss learning outcomes in initial vocational education at a national online workshop.

On May 13, 2025, Mariya Dzhengozova (3s) led a national online workshop as part of Cedefop’s project The Shift to Learning Outcomes: Rhetoric or Reality? (2023–2025). The event gathered key Bulgarian stakeholders in vocational education and training (VET), including representatives from public institutions, training providers, teachers, and employer organisations. Participants discussed national findings on the implementation of learning outcomes in initial VET, explored factors influencing their effective use, and shared insights that will feed into Bulgaria’s synthesis report, to be published by Cedefop following the project’s conclusion.
